How much does the teacher training cost?
Regardless of whether you participate in the teacher training online or in-person, the total cost is $799 for the 8-week course.
How much time does it take to train and study?
We recommend that you spend at least 3 hours per week studying and reviewing course material. If you’re taking the course in anticipation of leading your own classes and events, you’ll want to set aside a bit more time to ensure that you’ve really integrated the class learnings in a way that you feel comfortable leading others in the experience. For those of you planning to lead classes, we recommend that you set aside at least 6 hours per week to review and interact with the music and the materials.
Can I play my own music when I’m teaching a 7flow class?
Short answer? Yes! The long answer is that the foundation of 7flow is built on a proprietary soundtrack that’s complex, nuanced, and carefully designed to activate a specific set of sensations in your body as you move. This is why we recommend sticking to 7flow music when you’re leading a class or event. That being said, you know your community and students the best. So if you feel like you want to use your own playlists—go for it!
Will I automatically be certified after completing the 8-week teacher training?
After completing the teacher training, there are two additional steps on the path to becoming certified in 7flow. First, you’ll connect with Aubrey and Kalyani (either in-person or over video chat) so that we can talk through your ideas for bringing 7flow to the world. Then, you’ll record yourself leading a 7flow class for us to review. The purpose of this final step in certification is to ensure that you’re ready to provide an experience that’s inline with what your students have come to expect of the 7flow brand.
